The Food Pantry hours, located in the Basement of the Town Hall, are Mon – 11-2pm & 4-6pm and Thurs – 11-2pm. Donations of non-perishable food and personal products are always needed and greatly appreciated. For more information, call 435-6773, X19.

The Pittsfield Players present the show “Eat Your Heart Out” on March 24, 25, 31 and April 1 at 7:30pm and April 2 at 2pm at the Scenic Theatre. Tickets are $15/person and may be purchased by calling 435-8852 or visit the Players website at www.pittsfieldplayers.com.
To tie in with the play’s restaurant theme, a special “dinner and show” deal (a three course dinner at Main Street Grill and show ticket for the show after dinner for $35) will be offered for the March 24th performance. Free Pottery Workshops open to all on Sat, March 25 and April from 8:30-10am & 10:30-12 at Pittsfield Middle High School. Come join us in creating ceramic soup bowls that will be sold as a benefit for the Pittsfield Food Pantry. The benefit will be held on May 23 – watch for more information.
A Community Conservation Series presented as part of the Pittsfield School District, will be held on Tues, March 21 at 6pm at the PMHS Lecture Hall. The topic will be “How can prescription drug addiction impact small town folks?” A short film “Hungry Heart” DVD will be shown followed by a panel discussion.

The Pittsfield Youth Workshop Board of Directors will meet on Wed, March 22 at 6:15pm at the Workshop, 5 Park Street.
The Infant Toddler Diaper Pantry will be open on Tues, March 21 from 9-11am at the First Congregational Church. Young families are given supplemental diapers and wipes. Everyone is welcome. Please use the Chestnut Street Entrance. Monetary and product contributions are always welcome. Please call the church at 435-7471 to arrange for drop off.
