The Pittsfield Senior Center is holding a Tai Chi class for seniors, on Wednesdays from 1:00pm-2:00pm in the Bicentennial Room of the Pittsfield Community Center located on 74 Main St. in Pittsfield. This senior safe Tai Chi provides relaxation, concentration, flexibility, balance, and strength through slow moving meditative forms. The cost is $6.00 per visit or $20.00 for four weeks. Due to continued problems with the heating system, at the Post Home, the American Legion Peterson-Cram Post 75 will not meet for the month of March 2017.
